Shipping Policy

How soon will I receive my order?

All orders ordered before 12:00pm EST will be shipped on the same day unless stated otherwise on the product description. 

Depending on where you live and shipping method selected at checkout, will determine the speed of delivery.  Standard shipping time is between 3 to 5 days.  We are not responsible for delays due to weather, holidays, and other extenuating circumstances.

 

What is the shipping fee?

Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. On orders less than $100 shipping is calculated based on your mailing zip code.

 

My product arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact customercare@prowellnesspharma.com, our customer service assistance, as soon as possible if any of your products are damaged in transit. Once we verify the damage, you will receive replacements.

 

Please Note: You must submit a picture proving that the product's outside casing is intact, in order, to be eligible for a replacement.

 

My order has not arrived, what should I do?

In case your order has not reached its destination within the scheduled delivery window, kindly verify the tracking details, and get in touch with the courier to find out the current situation. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service for more help if there are still problems.

 

Where are your shipping facilities located?

We currently have one warehouse located in Florida and we are working on setting up facilities nationwide for faster shipping options.
