What is your refund policy?


We accept refunds within 30 days of original purchase date.  The item needs to be in its original, unused condition. Refunds are made using the original form of payment. Please email us at customercare@prowellnesspharma.com to start the refund process.

  • Provide the reason for the return and include pictures of the product.
  • Our team will review your request and determine whether a refund is applicable.

      If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately.  Due to our fast processing, there is a very short time window for a cancelation or change to be granted before order is shipped.
